"Trains Wednesday 10/8/05"
Or more realistically - "Walks over to get the water bottles for the boys who are putting it in Wednesday 10/8/05"

Did anyone else see Captain Rico not take a goalden opportunity to have a shot on Monday from the edge of the area?
His reasoning?
He didn't want to hurt his bad toe!
Another Gary Lineker in the making?

The physio report from last nights game explains why Richard Bray was again not producing the commanding performances that we expect.
The report found that he'd fallen on his little finger early on and the subsequent throbbing effected his mid set and put him off his game.
All at Honley FC wish you a speedy recovery Rich, and hope that you keep your head up and keep plugging away. It'll come lad.

I hope you have made a full recover Richard and that you are fit to play tomorrow night against Holmbridge. You may have to put some strpping on that dodgy finger of yours.

Bad bout of flu may prevent me from making Wednesdays game - told I need a late fitness test, but may not even make that!

Richard Bray received a slight grass burn to his upper thigh last night.
However, don't worry Captain Rico fans this will only keep him out for the first two games of the season, after which he will be back firing on all cylinders.

Just to keep you posted - I'm experiencing pain in my lower back (probably those 250 sit-ups each night), which is leading to thigh and hamstring tightness.
But don't worry, I've booked a session with McAllisters in Golcar for tomorrow @ £34 a go!
Do Honley still have a policy of paying for the first session?? I'll ask Stevie G.

CTorn calf muscle from Otley idiots clumsy 72nd minute challenge on Saturday (doubtful for Saturday against Meltham).
"Take out the danger man" I heard them call just minutes before - why they went for me I'll never know!?

Perforated eardrum, old war wound - caused by numerous Devonish/Bowker 5 yards power shots at training last night (why hit it so hard?).
Loss of balance.
What's the physio recommend?
