Something about lopsided formations.
I'm going to speak to Steve about it first though.

I agree with what was said to some degree, but I think people should be grateful they are in the team. If we were losing every week then I`d be worried. The team could have had a go at the strikers not scoring the chances we had, for example. But I say we are entitled to our opinions but essentially its the manager who decides the formation and if we carry on winning why would he bother to alter it. I know, Batts that you were annoyed on Saturday, but I believe your doing the right thing by talking to Steve first. We showed some real character on Saturday. They were knackered and proof of that was the fact they wanted to go straight to penalties rather than extra time. None of the crap they came out with saying the pitch was dangerous. It was just as bad at the start in that bottom corner.

Andy - it was abandoned after about 5 mins in extra time because the pitch was frozen. So should be a replay at our spot.
Ally - The chances didn't really fall to the strikers for them to miss.
Maybe it is as cut and dry as us having to be happy because we are winning, but I don't think we have played very well now since we beat Heywoods six games ago. Possibly Shepley being a slight exception.
Maybe I shouldn't bother speaking to Steve about how the players feel. It's up to you lot whether you think it is worthwhile or not.

I'd go for it Batts- we cant play as a team and improve if all we do each game is shout n abuse each other on the pitch!!

You hear/say anything last night after training Batts?

Yup,
Me, Steve, and Eddie had a big debate about it. Miggie and Martin had their 'Two Cents' as well.
I've let them know how the players feel. It's in their court now.

What kinds of things were said?

About the formation, and the general morale of the players.
I'm not sure how productive it was though. At least they know how the players are feeling at the moment.
Do you reckon we man too much? Should we be happy with our lot? Why is there so much frustratuion in the camp at the moment?

I dont think my morale is low right now. As well as quite a few I could mention. Sure we have a few worries but make sure that we dont make a mountain out of a molehill. Sowing seeds like this could bring morale down dont forget.
